Remaining true to our Oregon-made roots, this vintage of our Hawk Attack is a blend of Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Oregon side of the Walla Walla AVA. Aromas of fig, Christmas cookies, and blackstrap molasses mingle for a stunningly complex nose. Upon first sip, intensely concentrated flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, and bell pepper intertwine as the monolithic structure slowly melts away. The velvety finish is long and lingering, leaving a lasting impression of dark fruits and a subtle hint of spice. This bold Bordeaux blend showcases both power and finesse, making it a perfect companion for hearty dishes, grilled meats, or aged cheeses.
